How long does it take to receive my print?

Each print is made to order, so please allow up to two weeks for printing and shipping within Australia. International shipping will take longer, but you'll receive tracking information as soon as it's on its way.

Do you offer different sizes?

Currently we offer both A4 size and 4x6 mini print.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Each print is made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order has been damaged through shipping, please email with a photo of the damage and we'll send another print free of charge.

We print with care and high-quality equipment, but due to differences in monitors and printing processes, small variations may occur.

COMMISSIONS

What it the turnaround time?

Custom orders take up to two weeks to finish before shipping. We will provide you with a tracking number once the order is on it's way. If you need it sooner, an additional fee may apply.

What sizes do you offer?

Our standard sizes are A4 and A5, however if you're after a specific size, please mention this in your custom order request email and we'll do our best to accomadate!
